Standard Returns

  • 14-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn/unused with original tags
    • In undamaged packaging
    • Accompanied by a completed returns form (download at likesskateboards.com/returns-form)

Process

  1. Request a return via likesskateboards.com/returns
  2. Ship items to our returns center (address provided upon approval)
  3. Customers cover return shipping costs

Refunds

  • Issued to original payment method within 14 days of receipt
  • Deductions may apply for items not in “as new” condition

Exceptions

  • Non-returnable items:
    • Underwear/swimwear (hygiene reasons)
    • Opened fragrance products
    • Sealed products with broken seals
  • Faulty items: Eligible for exchange/refund within 30 days (we cover return shipping)
